Real-Time Reconciliation for Adyen Integration v2.0

Configure a webhook in your Adyen merchant console

Learn how to configure a webhook in your Adyen merchant console to enable Real-Time Reconciliation with Zuora.

The configuration is divided into the following tasks. Complete them in the order listed.

  1. Enable the recurring contract setting in Adyen.
  2. Create a standard webhook in Adyen.
  3. Configure the general webhook settings.
  4. Configure the additional webhook settings.
  5. Generate the HMAC key.
  6. Click Save.
    Note:

    After enabling the capture delay hours setting, contact Zuora Global Support to enable the feature for your tenant only if you need to use Manual Capture.
