Deactivate a user who owns entity connections

Learn how to deactivate a user who owns entity connections in a Multi-entity tenant in the Zuora UI.

A qualified user who can serve as the new owner of affected entity connections must exist in the tenant. For more information about the requirements for a new owner, see Deactivation of entity connection owners in Multi-entity tenants.

  1. In the upper-right corner of the Zuora UI, click your username and navigate to Settings > Administration.
  2. Click Manage Users.
  3. Locate the user you want to deactivate and click the user name. The user detail page opens.
  4. Click Deactivate User. A confirmation dialog pops up and prompts you to assign a new owner for the entity connections owned by the current user.
  5. In the confirmation dialog, click Yes.
  6. In the Configure The Owner Of Referenced Entity Connections dialog, select a new owner from the New entity connection owner list.
  7. Click Save And Deactivate The User.
