Learn how to configure Sold To Contact Snapshot.

1. Navigate to Finance Settings > Chart of Accounts.
2. Select the segment you want to configure (or create a new segment).
3. In the Segment Source field, select Object.
4. In the Object field, select Sold To Contact Snapshot.
5. Choose the specific contact attribute to use as the segment source value. Available fields include:

   • City

   • Country

   • County

   • State

   • Region (Tax Region)

6. Define Segment Source Value to GL Mapping for the selected field. You can:

   • Manually define each mapping.

   • Use the pass-through rule (Segment Source Value = GL Mapping) if your source values match your GL mapping values.

   • Use bulk upload to import mappings from a file.

7. Save the configuration.
