Zuora Cash Application

Access the Cash Application module

Learn how to access the Cash Application module in Zuora and open the Cash App payments page.

Before you start using the module:

  1. Ensure your bank data source (for example BAI2, CAMT, MT940, or CSV) is connected and accessible.

  2. Ensure your ERP integration (for example NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or SAP) is configured, if you plan to post payments directly.

  3. Verify that your Cash Application feature toggle is enabled in your Zuora account.

  1. Log in to Zuora by using your organization credentials.
  2. From the left-hand menu, select Cash App.

    The module opens to the Payments page by default, showing a summary of all payments imported from your bank files or integrations.
