The Collector Dashboard shows a comprehensive view of an individual collector's targets, progress, and actionable items so that they can effectively manage collections activities and drive results. From the Collector Dashboard, collectors can:

• Track targets vs. current progress

• View assigned activities

• Understand the financial status of each customer

• Access customer replies to previous communications

• Follow-up on outstanding invoices

• Identify receivables related to their customers that require immediate action

• View account-level information about disputed, escalated, flagged, critical invoices, invoices with open promises to pay (PTP), and overdue invoice splits

• Prioritize collection efforts, meet organizational objectives, and contribute to company's overall financial health
