Add a new GL segment or edit an existing one as required

1. Click Add New Segment to create a new segment or Edit to modify an existing segment.
2. Configure the following fields:
   1. In the Segment Name field, enter a descriptive name for the segment.
   2. From the Segment Source list, choose any one option: Object, Constant, or Dynamic.
   3. From the Object/Source Field list, select the related object and field if the source is Object.
   4. In the Constant Value field, specify the constant value if applicable.
   5. Map possible values of segment object and field to specific GL accounts using 'GL Mapping'.
3. Save your changes.
   You can reorder segments. Click Reorder to adjust the order of segments. The order determines the sequence in the GL string.
