You can create custom fields to store country or sub-region specific values on custom objects linked to countries, regions, or sub-regions.

1. Create a new custom object or edit a custom object.
2. Create a relationship-type custom field on the custom object and select one of the following standard objects as the related object:

   • Country : Link the custom object to a country or region.

   • State : Link the custom object to a sub-region of a country or region.

3. Create other custom fields for storing country or values specific to sub-regions.
4. Specify the county, region, or sub-region you want to link in the relationship-type field when creating a custom object record.
5. Specify other fields of the custom object record.
