Learn how to access publicly available training resources on Zuora University.
Every learner’s training needs are different. While some organizations may require comprehensive, role-based training, others may benefit from foundational learning only. Zuora University offers select courses free of charge, including key 101-level content. In addition, certain newly released feature courses are made available to all users for a limited time to encourage awareness and drive maximum product adoption. This allows customers to stay current with new capabilities without requiring a full subscription.
What Public Content Is Available?

Revenue 101 courses and exam
These courses provide essential product knowledge and foundational understanding to help users get started confidently.
Accessing the Implementation Starter Kit (ISK)
The Implementation Starter Kit (ISK) is intended for customers who are preparing to begin their Zuora product implementation.
To access ISK, log in to Zuora University using Single Sign-On (SSO) through OneID. If you do not have OneID access, please contact your Zuora Administrator for assistance.
ISK is available at no cost to customers and does not require a paid subscription.
Virtual Live Classes
Anyone can browse upcoming Virtual Live Classes (VLCs). Non-subscribers may register for select live sessions for a one-time fee.
