Billing 101 course is recommended for those who take the role of Zuora Billing Administrator. A Zuora Billing Administrator is the primary manager of the company configuration of the Zuora Billing platform. This person needs knowledge about best practices in subscription billing and practical skills to maintain general settings in Zuora Billing.
