What type of training is included with a subscription to Zuora Certifications?
Subscribers can access all the training available on certifications.zuora.com. This includes role-based certifications, single courses on specific topics, the training sandbox with advanced 301 levels, and an option to attend custom live training.
There are currently three role-based learning tracks, each of which contains a series of self-paced paths adding up to a badge. These courses offer interactive content, with demos, all with a narrator's support.
Can I earn a certification under this program?
Yes! One of the biggest goals of the training program is to enable more implementers by certifying them. Learners can get their questions answered during office hours with trainers, and prepare well for their certification exams. Each of the certifications consists of a few badges listed in the table.
