Narrative Summaries are AI-generated insights embedded throughout Zuora that provide instant, plain-language explanations of the data you're viewing. Available across Billing, Revenue, and other areas of the product, Narrative Summaries help you quickly understand key details at a glance. without navigating across multiple screens.

Each summary includes a prompt to continue the conversation in the AI chat window for deeper exploration. Click the prompt to open a conversation pre-loaded with the context of what you were viewing.
Copy AI responses
You can copy AI responses to your clipboard from both Chat and Integrated AI interfaces. Use this option to share insights with colleagues or move information into emails, spreadsheets, or other tools.

Each AI interaction includes a feedback option. You can rate a response and optionally provide comments. Use feedback to indicate whether a response was useful, inaccurate, incomplete, or not relevant.
