Commitment invoice template management
Understand about commitment-related invoice information and configure HTML invoice templates for postpaid and prepaid commitments.
Commitment invoice presentment depends on the commitment type:
Postpaid commitments are represented by a true-up invoice item when the billed spend for a commitment period is below the committed amount.
Prepaid commitments are represented by a prepayment invoice and later service charge invoices. A prepayment application reduces the invoice balance of the eligible service charges.
Use HTML invoice templates to display commitment-related fields and invoice items on customer-facing invoice PDFs. Commitment-related invoice items and commitment fields are not supported in Word invoice templates.
The information that you display depends on the commitment type:
