Creating a prepaid commitment with a defined term and amount, and supporting various billing schedules, such as paying annually in advance, paying monthly in advance, or establishing multi-year commitments.
Billing
Generating prepaid commitment invoices (for funding) separately from service invoices (for consumption), or combining them into a consolidated invoice where prepaid credit applications are clearly labeled. Automatically billing the remaining amount as a standard overage invoice if eligible charges exceed the available prepaid balance.
Expiration
Tracking the original amount, consumed amount, and remaining balance, as well as expiring and forfeiting any unused balance at the end of the term.
Billing acceleration
