Notifications of customer accounts view and resend

This topic explains how to view and resend notification histories for customer accounts, including communication profiles and notification details.

You can find the following notification information of a specific account in the Notification History section on an account detail page:

  • Name and status of the communication profile associated with the account

  • Email and callout notification histories of the account

Prerequisite

To resend notification histories on an account detail page, you must have the Events & Notifications Resend Access platform user permission.
