View communication profile status

This task explains how to view the status of a communication profile associated with a customer account, including identifying active and inactive profiles.

To view the status of the communication profile associated with an account, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Customers > Customer Accounts in the left navigation menu.
  2. Click the name of the account you want to view. The account detail page opens.
  3. Scroll to the Notification History section. You can find the communication profile name and status in it:
    • A ringing bell icon active indicates the communication profile is active. Zuora will send notifications associated with this communication profile.

    • A muted bell icon inactive indicates the communication profile is inactive. Zuora will not send notifications associated with this communication profile.
