Suspend an active subscription with pending charges from the Zuora UI
This topic explains how to suspend an active subscription with pending charges using the Zuora UI by following a series of steps.
To suspend an active subscription with pending charges, perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Customers > Subscriptions in the left navigation menu.
- Locate the subscription you want to suspend and click the subscription number. The subscription detail page opens.
- Click Create Order. The Review Order page opens.
- In the upper right of the Associated Subscriptions section, click More Order Actions and then click Suspend .
- In the dialog that appears, perform the following:
- In the Trigger Dates section, specify appropriate dates in the Contract effective , Service activation , and Customer acceptance fields
- In the Suspend On section, specify when the subscription is to be suspended.
- Click Continue .
- On the Review Order page, click Activate .
