You can check the installed versions of Zuora CPQ packages from the Setup menu in Salesforce.

1. In Salesforce, navigate to Setup.
2. In the Quick Find Box, enter Installed Packages and then select Installed Packages from the search results.
3. Locate the Zuora Quotes package in the list and check the Version Number specified.
4. Click the package name to see more information about the package.
   This will provide additional details such as the package name, version name, version number, first installed version number, and package type.
