Create ad hoc quote line items

Learn how to create ad hoc quote line items in Quote Studio.

Ensure that the Allow ad hoc OLI creation setting is enabled in Quote Studio Settings.
  1. In the Non-Subscription Items section, click the New Quote Line Item button. The Quote Line Item Details window is displayed.
  2. = Specify the quote line item details as needed. See Introduction to quote line item fields for detailed description about each field.
  3. Click Save . The configured quote line item is then added to the table in the Non-Subscription Items section.
  4. (Optional) Repeat Step 1-3 to create more quote line items as you need in the current quote.
  5. Proceed to configure other Quote Studio settings, or click Submit to submit the quote.
    If you want to update the information of a quote line item, you can click the name of the quote line item displayed in the table and update fields based on your needs.
