Learn how to create subscription quotes with hard bundle products in Zuora CPQ by following the necessary steps, including selecting optional charges and submitting the quote.

1. Log in as a Salesforce user to create a new quote or amend or renew an existing one.
2. In Quote Studio, click Browse Products.
   Note:

   • Hard Bundle products are denoted by icon.

   • When you hover over a rate plan for a bundled product, you will see which charges are optional, required, or auto-selected.

   • Optional charges are denoted by the text Optional next to the charge name.

   • Included by default charges are denoted by the text Optional next to the charge name with the charge selected.

3. Select or deselect optional charges and click Add to include the selected rate plan and charges in the quote.
4. In the Quote Studio charge table, review the rate plans and charges added and make the required changes.

   The charge record for a product rate plan with optional charges is denoted by the Optional text, along with the Edit Options text, under the Rate Plan Charge column.

5. Perform the following steps to update the optional charges.
   1. Click Edit Options.
      Note:

      The Salesforce Admin can add additional columns to the table by adding fields to the Optional Charge Modal Display Fields (Optional_Charge_Modal_Display_Fields) field set on the Quote Rate Plan Charge (zqu__QuoteRatePlanCharge__c) object.

   2. Select the charge name and click Save.
6. Click Submit and send the Quote to Zuora.
