Configure Opportunity Product sync

Add related lists to Quote page layout

Learn how to add related lists to the Quote page layout so users can view sync history and Charge Segment source data directly from the Quote.

Add related lists so users can see sync records and source Charge Segments directly from the Quote:

  • Opportunity Product Sync Records — Shows all junction records created by sync runs for this Quote (grouping keys, segment counts, sync timestamps, and configuration snapshots).

  • Charge Segments — Shows all Charge Segments associated with this Quote (the source data for sync).

  1. On the same Quote page layout (or Lightning Record Page), scroll to the Related Lists section.
  2. Add the following related lists:

    • Opportunity Product Sync Records

    • Charge Segments

  3. Save the layout.

    These related lists act as a history of sync runs and source data without adding admin-only fields directly to Opportunity Products records.
