Learn how to add Opportunity Product Sync status fields to the Quote page layout so users and admins can monitor sync progress directly from the Quote record.

1. Navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Quote (the Zuora Quotes zqu__Quote__c object).
2. Click Page Layouts (for Classic) or Lightning Record Pages (for Lightning).
3. Drag the following fields onto the layout. Group them in a section named Opportunity Product Sync:

   • Opportunity Product Sync Status — Current sync state (Not Started, Queued, Sync Pending, Completed, Failed, Waiting for Charge Segments, Blocked – Sent to Billing).

   • Opportunity Product Sync Last Date Time — Timestamp of the most recent sync attempt.

   • Opportunity Product Sync Version — Incremental version counter.

     Note:

     There is a known issue where the version number may occasionally revert (for example, from version 6 back to version 2). This behavior will be addressed in a future release.

   • Opportunity Product Sync Error — Error details if the last sync failed.

4. Save the layout.
