Learn how to select and save the Billing tenant for a Zuora CPQ tenant when the tenant is not detected automatically. This configuration ensures that the Sales Rep Agent uses the correct Billing tenant for billing-related operations.

1. Log in to Zuora One ID using your OneID admin credentials.
2. Click My Apps.
3. Open the required CPQ tenant tile.
4. In the CPQ tenant, go to Admin Config > Connector Config.
5. Click the Billing Config tab.
6. Select the required Billing tenant from the Tenant dropdown.
   Note:

   The selected tenant must match the tenant configured in Zuora Config > Zuora Connection Settings.

7. Click Save.

   The Billing tenant selection is important because the Sales Rep Agent uses this tenant to complete billing-related operations.

   Note:

   If the required Billing tenant does not display in the Tenant dropdown, ask your OneID admin to grant environment access to that tenant for the CPQ admin user.
