Identify products that are available within specific subscriptions.
Look up financial information, such as payment history, invoice details, and invoice status.
Find related billing accounts that belong to the same CRM account.
When to use the Sales Rep Agent
Use the Sales Rep Agent when you need quick answers about a billing account without manually checking multiple records or pages.
The Sales Rep Agent is useful when you want to understand account context, review subscription coverage, verify financial status, or identify related billing accounts before you continue your quote work.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that the following requirements are met:
Contact Zuora Support so they can enable the required org-level and tenant-level configuration for your environment.
Ensure that the Billing tenant is onboarded to OneID. If it is not already on OneID, work with Zuora to migrate it before requesting the CPQ tenant.
Request a CPQ tenant in the same environment as your Billing tenant.
Ensure that the installed Zuora Quotes managed package version is 10.59 or later.
After Zuora completes the required internal setup, a customer admin must complete the following tasks in order:
Create OAuth client credentials in Salesforce by using an external client app.
Create an OAuth 2.0 client in Zuora OneID for the CPQ tenant.
Configure the Zuora OAuth OneID credentials in the Named Credential in Salesforce.
After the admin setup is complete, each Salesforce user must complete a one-time authentication flow in Quote Studio before the Sales Rep Agent is available. See Authenticate Quote Studio and grant required permissions.
If authentication is not complete, the Sales Rep Agent panel in Quote Studio shows an Authenticate Now option.
For additional information about OneID authentication, see Manage OneID users, roles, and groups.
