Learn how to cancel a scheduled order before it is executed and return the quote to an editable New status.

1. Open a quote with the Scheduled status.
2. From the scheduled order panel, click the Cancel Scheduled Order button.
3. Confirm the cancellation.

   After the cancellation:

   • The quote status changes from Scheduled to New.

   • The quote becomes editable and can be reused.

   • The corresponding order in Zuora Billing changes to Canceled.
