Configure feature access in Salesforce to allow users to suspend and resume subscriptions in Quote Studio.

1. Log in to Salesforce as an Administrator.
2. Navigate to Zuora Config > Quote Studio Settings > Feature Access Config.
3. From the Feature Name dropdown, select Enable Suspend or Enable Resume based on your requirement.

   • For Single Subscription Quoting (SSQ), this feature is available from Quotes version 10.57.

   • For Multi Subscription Quoting (MSQ), this feature is supported from Quotes version 10.59.

   These settings are configured separately. However, each setting applies to both SSQ and MSQ. For example, if you enable Suspend for a user profile and quote type, that suspend access applies in both SSQ and MSQ flows.

4. Select the user's profile.
5. Select the applicable quote types.
6. Click Save.
