With an S-Docs license key, you can begin using S-Docs' robust features and functionality. To obtain a License Key, contact Zuora Global Support after installing the S-Docs package.

Only versions released before S-Docs Fall '24 (8.0) require S-Docs license keys.
Customers can install S-Docs 8.0 or later without a license key. However, after installation, they must create a support ticket with Zuora Support to notify the team of their S-Docs usage. This step ensures that the customer is not placed on the default freemium version with limitations and is granted the appropriate access from the S-Docs side.
