Subscription owner and invoice owner for child quotes in Multi Subscription Quoting

Configure subscription owner field set

Learn how to configure the fields that appear in the Subscription Owner section for each MSQ child quote.

  • Ensure that Multi Subscription Quoting is enabled in your Salesforce org.

  • Ensure that you have Salesforce administrator access to update field sets on the Quote object.

  1. In Salesforce Setup, go to Object Manager > Quote > Field Sets.
  2. Open the Subscription Owner (zqu__CPQX_Subscription_Owner) field set.
  3. Drag the required fields from the available fields list to the field set area.

    The selected fields are displayed in the Subscription Owner section for each child quote based on the field visibility logic supported by Quote Studio.
