This article describes how to download a custom quote template.

1. Log in to the Zuora application.
2. Click the down arrow next to your user name.
3. Select to Settings > Commerce .
4. Click Configure Salesforce.com Quote Templates .
5. In the Template Name section on the Manage Quote Templates page, click the name of the template you want to download.
6. Open the downloaded template file in Microsoft Word to customize it.
