Ensure users have the necessary permission sets enabled for using new quote flows in Salesforce Lightning Experience. After the necessary buttons are enabled, you must ensure that the user who will use the new quote flows has the Zuora Quotes End User permission set enabled. The steps in this article are documented based on the Salesforce Lightning Experience.

1. In your Salesforce org, click and select Setup.
2. Navigate to Administration > Users > Users in the left navigation menu. The All Users page is then displayed on the right.
3. Select the user who will use CPQ X from the user list, and click the username.
4. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
5. If Zuora Quotes End User is not displayed in the Enabled Permission Sets section, select it from the Available Permission Sets section and click Add.
6. Click Save.
