Implementing Direct Debit with Worldline Global Collect Legacy
This document provides guidance on implementing direct debit using the Worldline Global Collect Legacy platform, which is no longer supported for new instances in Zuora.
This is the previous GlobalCollect (WebCollect Merchant Link) payment gateway integration. Worldline has ceased support for this platform and new instances of this gateway are not supported in Zuora. Please use Worldline Global Collect instead.
Although direct debit is treated like any other electronic payment method in Zuora, there are additional steps that you need to perform to implement this payment method. During your integration, contact your Worldline Global Collect Legacy integration manager for assistance.Your Worldline Global Collect Legacy integration manager will provide you with required documentation for your implementation.
