Payment Method Updater for BlueSnap
Use BlueSnap Account Updater with Zuora Payment Method Updater (PMU) to keep Visa and Mastercard payment method information current through automated daily batch processing.
Use BlueSnap Account Updater with the Zuora Payment Method Updater (PMU) to receive notifications when cardholders change, replace, or upgrade their Visa or Mastercard cards. This integration helps Zuora and you keep payment method information current.
Submit and retrieve PMU batches
Zuora collects payment methods every day at 18:00 Pacific Standard Time (PST). To view the submitted batches, go to . Batches that are in progress display the Processing status in the batch list.
A BlueSnap scheduled job runs every day at 18:00 PST. This job retrieves the completed batch from BlueSnap through SFTP. When Zuora sends the batch successfully, the status changes to Completed.
If Zuora does not receive a response from the gateway within 7 days, the submitted batch expires.
