Payment Method Updater for Worldpay is being discontinued as Worldpay migrates to Vantiv Updater. Use this topic to understand the impact and the steps to switch to the Vantiv Updater service.
To align with Worldpay's migration from Worldpay Updater to Vantiv Updater, Zuora no longer supports the creation of new Worldpay Payment Method Updater instances. Zuora discontinued the existing Payment Method Updater service on November 1, 2019, at 00:00 GMT.
If you want to use the Vantiv Updater service but you only have a Worldpay merchant account, contact Worldpay Support to obtain a new Vantiv merchant account. Then, follow the instructions in Configure Vantiv Payment Method Updater to configure your Vantiv Payment Method Updater instance.
Note: This updater requires that you add the Zuora EU or US Cloud Data Center IP addresses to the allowlist for each of your gateway merchant accounts, depending on the data center where your tenant is hosted. Before you start using this gateway on the Zuora EU or US Cloud Data Center, contact the gateway to add the Zuora EU or US Cloud Data Center IP addresses to the gateway allowlist for both the Sandbox and Production environments.
