View Payment Method Updater response codes
Learn how to view the response code and response message for a Payment Method Updater batch to determine whether the batch was processed successfully.
Each Payment Method Updater batch returns a response code and a response message that indicate the processing status of the batch.
- In the navigation menu, click .
- In the list of batches, click the batch number to view the batch details.
- On the result page, locate the Response Code and Response Message fields in the Basic Information section.
The response code indicates whether a batch was processed successfully. Zuora groups response codes into the following five classes:
- Successful responses
- Configuration errors
- Communication errors
- General system errors
- Gateway responses, which include both successful responses and error responses
