Prerequisites
Ensure CPR is installed and configured with OAuth credentials before proceeding with the setup.

You must have installed CPR. See Install Configurable Payment Retry for more information.

CPR must be created by using the OAuth credential. To verify and update the OAuth credential:
- Navigate to Settings > Connect .
- Locate the desired tenant instance.
- Hover over the instance, and click Edit .
- Ensure that the OAuth credential is included in the Target field. If you need to update this field, follow the instructions in Create an OAuth Tenant Login in Zuora Connect to create an OAuth credential, and then select the created OAuth credential from the Target dropdown list.

CPR is compatible with the Event Framework and Notifications feature.

If the Event Framework and Notifications feature is not enabled in your Zuora tenant, Zuora recommends that you submit a request at Zuora Global Support and ask for the feature to be enabled.

If you want Configurable Payment Retry to trigger a workflow as a retry action, you must install Workflow and design a workflow to implement additional retry logic. Configurable Payment Retry uses the endpoint and API token of the workflow designed for payment retries.
