Configure Configurable Payment Retry

Verify the OAuth credential for a Connect tenant instance

Verify that the OAuth credential is included in the Target field of a tenant instance in Zuora Connect, and update it if required.

Apps that use OAuth to authenticate to your Zuora tenant rely on an OAuth credential being set on the tenant instance in Zuora Connect. Use this task to confirm that the credential is in place for the desired instance.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Connect.
  2. Locate the tenant instance that you want to edit.
  3. Hover over the instance and click Edit.
  4. Ensure that the OAuth credential is included in the Target field.

    To update this field, follow the instructions in Create an OAuth Tenant Login in Zuora Connect to create an OAuth credential, and then select the credential from the Target dropdown list.
