Configure Observe mode for Zuora Fraud Protection
Work with Zuora to enable and configure Observe Mode for eligible tenants participating in a Zuora Fraud Protection evaluation.
Observe Mode is enabled and configured with assistance from Zuora. It is available for eligible production tenants that are participating in a Zuora Fraud Protection evaluation.
Note: The configuration procedure that follows applies to the standard fraud-enforcement flow. Do not use those steps to configure Observe Mode unless Zuora Support instructs you to do so.
- Contact Zuora Global Support or your Zuora account team.
- Provide the tenant information requested by Zuora.
- Work with Zuora Support to provide any access required to complete the configuration.
Zuora will configure the required Zuora Fraud Protection settings for you.
