This guide provides information on processing payments using Payment Forms and Payment Links. Payment processing is configured based on your payment settings.

Payment Forms and Payment Links do not support updating custom fields on the Payment or Payment Method objects. If you define a required custom field on either object without a default value, payment submission can fail. If you need to populate these fields, use a workflow or another process outside the form flow.

Starting 2025.Q3, Zuora's Payment Links is integrated with the Payment Form feature to provide you with the following benefits:

• Improved security
• Support for English, French, German, Spanish, and Japanese

In the Zuora UI, click your username in the upper right, navigate to Settings > Payments > Setup Payment Forms and Payment Linksto review the updated UI.
