Add public business information to invoice payment page

Add your company's business name and web address to the invoice payment page for better visibility.

To add the business name and web address of your company to the invoice payment page, complete the following steps:

  1. In Zuora UI, click your username in the upper right and navigate to Settings > Payments > Setup Payment Page and Payment Link .
  2. Click the Public Business Information tab.
  3. Click Edit .
  4. Enter your business name and web address for contact, and click Save .
    Note:

    If you use Checkout.com dynamic soft descriptors, configure the Business Address in Public Business Information. Zuora uses the city from this section as the merchant city in the billing descriptor when it is configured. If the business address city is not configured, Zuora falls back to the payer-entered or customer city. To ensure the billing descriptor uses your business information, populate the City field in Business Address.

    If you enter any business address field, complete all required address fields before saving. Required fields depend on the selected country.

Your contact information will be presented in the form of Contact <Business_Name> in the lower left of the Invoice and Payment Details page and link to the website you specified.
