Configure a webhook in your EBANX dashboard to enable Real-Time Reconciliation with Zuora.

1. Log in to your EBANX dashboard and navigate to Settings > Account Settings.
2. On the Settings page, click Integration tab.
3. Under the Secret Keys section, enter the following:
   1. Enter the Integration Key.
   2. Enter the Public Integration Key.
   3. Enter the Google Gateway Merchant ID.
4. Under the Service URLs section, enter :
   1. In the Test Service URL field, enter the service URL:
      • Sandbox pattern: https://rest.apisandbox.zuora.com/payment-reconciliation-webhook/ebanx/v1/{Public_Integration_Key}
      • Production pattern: https://rest.zuora.com/payment-reconciliation-webhook/ebanx/v1/{Public_Integration_Key}
   2. Enter SFTP service access credentials, the login details used to access EBANX's Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) service
5. Click Save changes. The webhook is saved in active status. Before Real-Time Reconciliation is enabled in Zuora, it is suggested to disable the webhook.
