Data Loader

Access Data Loader export templates

Learn how to access Data Loader Export templates through Zuora Data Query for consistent data management.

Data Loader export templates are aligned with the structure and format of the import templates. You can access the exported data through Zuora Data Query.

  1. From Zuora tenant, navigate to Reporting > Data Query.
  2. On the Data Query tab, click TEMPLATES.
  3. Select Data Loader Exports.
  4. From the list of available templates, select View Template to view the query.

    Currently, Data Loader Exports support queries for the following objects:

    • Accounts and Contacts
    • Credit Memos from Charge
    • Credit Memos from Invoice
    • Debit Memos from Charge
    • Debit Memos from Invoice

    • Product Charge Definitions
    • Product Rate Plans
    • Product Rate Plan Charges
    • Product Rate Plan Definitions
    • Refunds
    • Standalone Invoices
    • Taxation Items
    • Usage
