View Custom Logic execution history

Learn how to inspect Custom Logic execution history and review execution details.

  1. Navigate to Extension Studio > Custom Logic and click the Execution Summary tab.
  2. (Optional) Use the filter, sort, and pagination controls to locate a specific execution.
    Note:

Only executions from the past seven days are available. Recent executions may take a while to appear after a custom logic run finishes. If an expected execution is missing, wait and refresh the list again later.

  3. Click the Request ID of an execution to open the Execution Detail navigation drawer.
  4. Review the details in the navigation drawer:
    • Logic Info: The logic name, execution status, and related object.

    • Timing: When the run started and how long it took.

    • Fields Updated: Each field the logic changed, with its previous and new values.

    • Object Context: The object the logic ran against, including the original field values.

    • Error Message: Shown only for failed runs. The reason for the failure and any problems found in the custom logic.

      • Errors with the system prefix are system errors.

      • Errors with the logic prefix are validation errors in the custom logic.

  5. (Optional) Click the logic name in the Logic Info section to open the logic editor and review or fix the custom logic definition.
