Configure Login Page URLs

Learn how to configure the login page URLs that redirect users to a customer-specific web page or sign-in URL after they activate their accounts.

You can configure a login page URL in the User Accounts settings. When you send an invitation, this URL redirects users after they activate their accounts. Use this setting to route users to a customer-specific web page or sign-in URL. For example, you can configure a unique URL for a customer such as Toyota, so that users are redirected to the configured URL when they activate their accounts.

  1. Navigate to Customers > User Accounts > Settings.
  2. Expand Login Page URLs to configure the URLs that users access to sign in, sign up, and reset their passwords.
  3. In the Login field, enter the URL of the sign-in portal.
  4. In the Signup field, enter the URL of the sign-up page for new users.
  5. In the Forgot Password field, enter the URL of the password reset page.
  6. In the Landing Page URL field, enter the URL where users land after they sign in.

Leave this field blank to use the built-in profile page. If you enter a URL on a different domain, users are forwarded with a short-lived one-time code so that they can sign in automatically.

  7. In the Email Link Base URL field, enter the base URL used to build links in invitation, password reset, and email verification messages.

Set this field to your customer-facing domain when you embed the sign-in page there. Leave the field blank to use the default value.
