User Account Management

Send Activation email to users

Learn how to send activation email invitations to synced user accounts so that users can activate their accounts and access their configured experiences.

Sync your accounts. For more information, see Create a user account using Account Sync.

Account sync creates the user account, but it does not send an activation email immediately. After the sync completes, use Invitations to send activation emails to users.

You can send invitations to all created users or to only the users that you want to activate. After users receive the activation email, they can activate their accounts and log in to view the data configured in your experiences.

  1. In the left navigation pane, navigate to Customer > User Accounts.
  2. Select the settings icon.
  3. Select Invitations.

    The User Invitations page is displayed.

  4. Select the users to whom you want to send invitations, or select all users to send invitations to everyone.
