Define the Snowflake connection

Define a Snowflake connection in Mediation to enable Zuora-managed access to your Snowflake account.

  1. Navigate to Mediation > Meters.
  2. Click the Manage Connections button at the top of the page.
The Manage Connections window is displayed and lists all existing connections with the connection details.
  3. Click Create New to create a new connection.
  4. From the list of connection types, select Snowflake and then click Continue.
  5. On the Basic Info step, provide the following details:
    1. Connection Name (required) – A name for the connection.
It must be unique across all connections.
    2. Account URL (required) – Enter your Snowflake account URL.
      https://myaccount.snowflakecomputing.com
The value must be a valid Snowflake account hostname ending in snowflakecomputing.com or snowflakecomputing.cn. JDBC URLs are not supported and will be rejected during validation. This must be a valid HTTPS URL containing snowflakecomputing.com, or an account identifier such as abc12345.us-east-1.
    3. Username (required) – The Snowflake username that Mediation uses to connect.
  6. Click Create & Continue.
