The SAP GL (Revenue) connector is a pre-built capability that automates the transfer of revenue journal accounting entries and posts the Summarized journals into SAP’s general ledger. This connector will streamline your financial processes, reduce manual errors, and help you go live faster.
This no-code solution eliminates the need for a custom-built integration between Zuora and SAP.

Prerequisites
Ensure the following conditions are met for the Revenue to SAP GL connector.

Supports Revenue Release version 37.020.00.0 or higher

Supports OneID as the authentication type
Note:Before you configure field mappings, ensure that the Zuora Revenue connection details are entered and saved. Use the full HTTPS Revenue Base URL of your RevPro instance. Do not use the instance name shorthand. Also ensure that Zuora Revenue APIs are enabled for the tenant and that two SAP Agent destinations are configured: one for Post transactions and one for Reverse transactions.
Configuration execution flow
The following flow diagram outlines the steps in configuring and executing the SAP GL connector.
Configuration order matters: Save the connector configuration first, then configure both SAP Agent destinations, run Test Connection, and only then open Field Mapping. If the connector configuration has not been saved, the Field Mapping page can fail to load and show an Internal Server Error.
