Instead of starting from a single global default mapping, you can choose from multiple mapping templates that reflect common business scenarios. For example, when syncing Salesforce CPQ Orders to Zuora Orders and Subscriptions, you can select the default mapping template that best matches how you want to model subscriptions and order actions in Zuora.

Functionality‑Specific Default Mappings offers you the following benefits:

• Accelerate connector setup by starting from Zuora‑defined mapping templates that are aligned with common integration patterns.

• Reduce configuration errors by using pre‑vetted mappings that already account for typical data model differences between systems.
