Overview of Connector Listing Concepts

The Integration Hub listing page offers detailed information and tools for configuring and monitoring integrations between Zuora and external systems.

The Integration Hub connector listing page provides information about a connector and the tools required to configure and monitor integrations between Zuora and external systems.

Each connector listing contains multiple sections that help you understand the connector, configure integration settings, manage data mappings, and monitor synchronization jobs.

Depending on the connector, the listing page might include the following sections:

  • Description

  • Settings

  • Field Mapping

  • Jobs

  • Capabilities

Description

The Description section is the default page displayed when you open a connector listing.

This section provides an overview of the connector, including its purpose and the Zuora objects and external system objects involved in the integration. It helps you understand what the connector does and how it interacts with the connected system.

You can also find links to related documentation and resources in the right-side navigation panel.

Settings

The Settings section contains configuration options specific to the connector.

In this section, you can configure integration settings such as authentication credentials, system endpoints, and other connector-specific parameters. This section can also include configuration options for scheduling automated integration jobs.

Field Mapping

The Field Mapping section allows you to define how data fields are mapped between Zuora and the external system.

You can configure mappings for both standard fields and custom fields. This section also supports transformation logic that enables you to modify or transform data values during synchronization.

For more information about transformation tools, see Field Mapping Tools.

Jobs

The Jobs section displays information about synchronization jobs executed by the connector.

This section provides job-level details such as start time, end time, number of records processed, and any errors that occur during synchronization. It helps you monitor the status and results of integration operations.

For more information, see Monitoring and Error Handling.

Capabilities

Some advanced connectors include a Capabilities section.

Capabilities represent different synchronization operations available within the same connector. Each capability corresponds to a specific data integration flow between Zuora and the external system.

For example, the SAP connector can support multiple capabilities, such as syncing:

  • Zuora Journal Entries to SAP Journal Entries

  • Zuora Invoices to SAP Billing Documents

Capabilities are separated so that each integration flow can use different credentials, configurations, or schedules.

To switch between capabilities, use the capability selector in the top-right corner of the connector page.
