My Apps page in Zuora OneID

Use the My Apps page in Zuora OneID to access your Zuora tenants, services, and tools from a centralized location.

The My Apps page is the landing page that appears after you sign in to Zuora OneID. It provides a centralized view of all Zuora tenants, services, and tools that you can access within your organization.

From this page, you can launch applications, set a default tenant for quick access, and switch between display views.

To open the My Apps page directly, go to https://one.zuora.com/one-id/home.

Tenant statuses

The following table describes the statuses that a tenant can have on the My Apps page:

StatusDescription
LinkedThe tenant is active and ready to use.
ProvisioningThe tenant is being set up and cannot be launched.
ErrorAn error occurred during provisioning.

You can resolve this by re-provisioning the tenant or user group for the user

MaintenanceThe tenant is temporarily unavailable. This is applicable for CSBX and DSBX refreshes.

Default tenant

You can configure a default tenant so that it opens automatically after you sign in.

For regular users, if the default tenant is in a linked state, Zuora OneID redirects you to that tenant automatically. For administrators, a short notification appears with the option to stay on the dashboard before automatic redirection.

Services

The Other Services section lists the following external Zuora services available to your account:

  • Zuora University

  • Zuora Community

  • Product Documentation

  • Zuora Support

Click a service to open it in a new browser tab.

Note: Users with limited access might not see all services.
