My Apps page in Zuora OneID
Use the My Apps page in Zuora OneID to access your Zuora tenants, services, and tools from a centralized location.
The My Apps page is the landing page that appears after you sign in to Zuora OneID. It provides a centralized view of all Zuora tenants, services, and tools that you can access within your organization.
From this page, you can launch applications, set a default tenant for quick access, and switch between display views.
To open the My Apps page directly, go to https://one.zuora.com/one-id/home.
Tenants section
The Tenants section displays all Zuora tenants provisioned for your user account. Tenants are grouped into tabs by product type, as described in the following table:

The default tab is Billing. If no Billing tenants are available, the first tab that contains available tenants is selected automatically.
Tenant cards
Each tenant appears as a card that includes environment information, tenant details, and status indicators. The following table describes the elements of a tenant card:

Indicates the tenant environment type:

| Tenant name | The name of the tenant. |
| Entity name | The entity within the tenant that you can access. |
| Default badge | Indicates that the tenant is set as your default. |
Tenant actions
To act on a tenant, click the three-dot menu on its card. The following actions are available:
- Launch: Opens the tenant in a new browser tab.
- Set as Default: Sets the tenant as your default landing tenant.
- Remove Default: Removes the default designation from the tenant.
Card view and table view
To switch between display modes, use the toggle in the upper-right corner of the page:
- Card view: Displays tenants as visual cards in a grid layout.
- Table view: Displays tenants in a sortable table.
Tenant statuses
The following table describes the statuses that a tenant can have on the My Apps page:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Linked | The tenant is active and ready to use. |
| Provisioning | The tenant is being set up and cannot be launched. |
| Error | An error occurred during provisioning. You can resolve this by re-provisioning the tenant or user group for the user |
| Maintenance | The tenant is temporarily unavailable. This is applicable for CSBX and DSBX refreshes. |
Default tenant
You can configure a default tenant so that it opens automatically after you sign in.
For regular users, if the default tenant is in a linked state, Zuora OneID redirects you to that tenant automatically. For administrators, a short notification appears with the option to stay on the dashboard before automatic redirection.
