Enable provisioning using SCIM API for Microsoft Entra ID

Assign users and groups for Integrating Microsoft Entra ID with Zuora

Learn how to assign a user or group to an application in Microsoft Entra so that the application can provision the assigned objects.

If the application is configured to provision only assigned objects, you must assign the user or group on the Users and groups page before Microsoft Entra provisions the object.

  1. In the left navigation pane, go to Manage > Users and groups.
  2. On the Users and groups page, select Add user/group.
  3. Assign the group directly to the application.
  4. Wait a few minutes after the assignment before you test on-demand provisioning.
