Enable provisioning using SCIM API for Microsoft Entra ID

Push a user or group manually

Learn how to run an on-demand provisioning action to test a single user or group without waiting for the next automatic synchronization cycle.

Use the Provision on demand option to test a single object or to force a one-time synchronization outside the automatic provisioning cycle.

  1. Open the enterprise application.
  2. Select Provision on demand.
  3. Select User or Group.
  4. Search for the object that you want to test.
  5. Run the on-demand provisioning action and review the step-by-step result.

    If a group is skipped, the result indicates whether the group is out of scope, not assigned, or missing a required entitlement.
